DO NOT BUY THE LELO SONA! Bleeding
DO NOT BUY THE LELO SONA!
I purchased a lelo sona and it’s caused me to bleed and tiny tears around my clit. I then go on to trusty Google and find this thread on Reddit which is pretty much what has happened to me. I hope to god the damage isn’t permanent. I urge Lelo to take this product off their website and for everyone to steer clear of this product. It is not worth it!

Poor sales, poor customer service
On placing our order we received an email with just the order number. No receipt or any other details.

The only further email/communication we received was from the carrier which was (of course! - discretion) unclear on what was being sent or by whom, so still no definitive confirmation of the process of the order. And we paid extra for quick delivery (5-7 business days, it was in fact 5 business days, wouldn’t want to wait twice as long for regular delivery as our 5 days was actually 9 with weekends).

The real bugbear is that whilst waiting for our order one item went on promo at 30% off. We declined a freebie when ordering, as we already had the item. Lelo will not countenance our request for a partial refund of our (quite expensive) order.

All this feels like a poor experience. Customer service is key, and there is always somewhere else to go.

Male F1S V2x not worth the money
Product caused physical pain. My partner cried. Sounds like a large truck. Not fun and a total waste of money. There are so many better options. Customer support does not really exist. Once they have your money it is too late. From Lelo “Due to the intimate nature of this product we have strict … blah.” No money back says a lot about this company. Yet another disappointing greedy company. Buyer beware.

Terrible, Sketchy Experience, Don't Purchase from Lelo
I would not order from this company as their customer service is really out of date and extremely slow. The product I received was defective. I filled out the warranty form and sent photos via their very outdated, not user-friendly website, only to never hear anything back. I followed by emailing customer service where I had a back and forth conversation for a week with a rep about what was defective. They had me trying to troubleshoot the device myself. Then I had to take more photos. It was unreal. I've never had to jump through so many hoops for a product that did not work at all. I found out that once you open the package you cannot receive any money back even if the product isn't used. They will replace the product for free or you receive a 50% coupon code which it sounds like you cannot redeem with other codes or on sale items. Their warranty is pretty crappy for a company that is selling supposedly high-end products. All in all if you want your money back you aren't going to get it and you will end up spending more if you want to buy a different product. Lelo is the only company I've actually did a google search to find this website and write a negative review. Don't shop with them. It's not worth losing all your money on a purchase that might not even work.

Never received my order
Never received my order, I contacted the customer service who made me fill a form for the delivery company (FedEx) to check what happened. Haven’t heard from them since (it’s been 2 weeks). No offer to refund or send me the product. I’m very disappointed and lost money. I can’t believe a company that advertise themselves as a luxury brand doesn’t have a proper follow up delivery system and don’t care about their customers issues…

Neither fair or honest
I got an error message from Apple Pay and placed a duplicate order without knowing it. Lelo refuses to send me a return label, so I will have to pay for it.
That is neither fair nor honest.

Excellent service
Excellent service. My Ina 2 stopped working after almost 10 years. I contacted customer service and they issued the 10-year quality warranty for me. I received prompt, helpful and friendly communication. Of course I immediately ordered a new device, and the same customer care agent contacted me when there was a problem with my address. Absolutely love this company for their products and service. 10/10, highly recommend!

I purchased multiple toys for myself in 2015, within a local store;
- Large massage wand. (Purple)
- Duo IPhone comparable Vibrator (Pink)
- Cock Ring. (Blue)

All devices, surpassed six years of life.
- Long life battery/waterproof.
- No wear and no problems with any of these devices.
I would highly recommend!

I like the fact that they were fast to…
I like the fact that they were fast to respond. It was about a shipment problem. Kind of frustrating, but it turned out to be a positive experience thanks to their reaction. I contacted them on their website (chat) and it worked really well. I had a problem with another product two years ago and their reaction this time is significantly improved.

Amazing Customer Service!
My original package was send through UPS and, although it was scanned at my address, I never actually received it. When I contacted the LELO customer service number, not only did they respond with an immediate solution and specific step-by-step email instructions but they sent a replacement product with express shipping through FedEx which arrived only two days after I made the call! I'm so impressed with this company's customer service- thank you for your help!

Patient, effective, and quick service.
I’ve had a few interactions with customer service, not because of any problems I’ve had with the company or products, but regarding questions about products and an issue I had with the actual shipping carrier. Every interaction has been 5/5 in terms of timeliness, help, patience, and wonderful service.

I goofed up when putting in my address resulting in a RTS. I contacted the company who started preparing a replacement shipment before they even received the return shipment. I’ve never had a company do that for me before.

I’ve place three orders thus far and each order has come quickly. Customer service responds faster than expected. Each interaction I’ve had has had less than a one day turnaround.

They were great
They were great. My motor had an issue, and I emailed them, sent it back and now they are giving me a new one in the new model. i will update if i dont get it in a timely manner, or have issues but thus far theyve been wonderful.

Terrible customer service.... Register an account.. WHERE PLEASE SHOW US WHERE WE REGISTER. My product is 4 weeks old and doesn't charge, gave warranty number told to go away and register if I want a refund. Disgusting service, no help DON'T BUY
